Brandon Behlke is the business and technology teacher at Black Hawk School District where he currently also serves as yearbook advisor, FBLA advisor, football coach, basketball coach and track coach. Prior to returning to the classroom, he was employed as a reporter and editor at the Galena Gazette where he earned first place feature writing in the 2019 Illinois Newspaper contest sponsored by the Illinois Press Association. For Brandon, journalism is one of the most important fields of work in our democracy and it is important for him as an educator to teach the values of journalism and how to be a responsible journalist.
