All middle-school and high school students are encouraged to submit their cartoon and editorial work to the Wisconsin Newspaper Association Foundation’s Editorial Writing and Cartoon Contest, all centered around the theme of First Amendment rights. All submissions must be entered by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4th. Winners are to be announced in early January.
